SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY – COLD TAROT

This Shipping & Payment Policy governs all purchases made through Cold Tarot (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.coldtarot.com. By purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Cold Tarot does not sell or ship physical products.
All services are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items will be sent, and no shipping fees apply.
2. PRE-PAYMENT CONTACT REQUIREMENT
Clients are required to contact Cold Tarot before making any payment to:
- Confirm service availability
- Agree on the type of reading
- Schedule delivery or session timing
Failure to contact prior to payment may result in delays. Cold Tarot is not responsible for unscheduled purchases.
3. SCHEDULING OF SERVICES
All readings (including tarot, Lenormand, oracle, and energy readings) are conducted by prior agreement only.
- The date, time, and/or delivery format must be arranged in advance
- Services will only begin after scheduling has been confirmed
- Availability may vary and is not guaranteed without prior communication
4. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Services are delivered through:

Format may include written readings, audio, or live sessions, depending on the agreement.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are processed through:
- Ecwid
- PayPal
Full payment is required after scheduling confirmation and before the Service begins.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
- No Service will be provided without confirmed payment
- Payments made without prior agreement do not guarantee immediate service
- All payments are subject to the Refund Policy
7. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery timelines are agreed upon with the Client in advance.
Cold Tarot will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe but does not guarantee exact delivery times due to the nature of the Services.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for:
- Initiating contact before purchase
- Providing accurate contact information
- Being available at the agreed time (for live sessions, if applicable)
