REFUND POLICY – COLD TAROT
Effective Date: April 6th, 2026
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Cold Tarot (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.coldtarot.com. By purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this policy.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
Cold Tarot provides digital, intuitive, and personalized services, including but not limited to:
- Tarot readings
- Lenormand readings
- Oracle readings
- Energy readings
- Spiritual or intuitive consultations
(collectively, the “Services”).
All Services are:
- Delivered digitally
- Personalized and made-to-order
- Non-tangible and non-returnable
2. NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE INITIATION OR DELIVERY
All sales are final once a Service has:
- Been started (including energy connection, interpretation, or preparation), or
- Been completed, or
- Been delivered in any form (written, audio, video, or live session)
Due to the immediate and energetic nature of these Services, refunds are strictly not available once work has begun.
3. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY (PRIOR TO SERVICE START)
A refund may be granted only if ALL conditions are met:
- Request is made within 12 hours of purchase; and
- The Service has not been started in any form (including energy reading or intuitive connection); and
- No preparatory work has been performed
All determinations are made at the sole discretion of Cold Tarot.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with Lenormand, tarot, oracle, or energy interpretations
- Perceived inaccuracy or undesired messages
- Emotional reaction to the reading
- Misalignment with expectations
- Failure to review service descriptions prior to purchase
- Client unresponsiveness or delay
- Incorrect contact details provided
All Services are interpretive and subjective in nature.
5. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing a Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You understand the intuitive and interpretive nature of Services
- You accept full responsibility for how you use the information provided
Cold Tarot makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, predictions, or future events.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Services provided are for spiritual, personal, and entertainment purposes only.
Cold Tarot is not liable for:
- Decisions or actions taken based on a reading
- Emotional, financial, legal, or personal consequences resulting from Services
Services do NOT replace:
- Medical advice
- Legal counsel
- Financial consultation
- Licensed mental health support
7. SERVICE DELIVERY & COMMUNICATION
Services are delivered via:

Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Monitoring their communication channels
8. CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
- Eligible only under Section 3
- Not permitted once a Service has begun
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Cold Tarot.
In the event of a dispute, Cold Tarot reserves the right to:
- Submit this policy as evidence
- Deny future Services
10. POLICY UPDATES
Cold Tarot reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
